Acerca del role:
This role is responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects across our marketing and customer engagement initiatives. The Project Manager will analyze project data, track progress, and ensure that campaigns and initiatives stay on track, on budget, and aligned with business goals. This position will play a key role in driving sales growth by keeping our marketing and customer engagement efforts running smoothly — from concept to launch.
The Project Manager will collaborate closely with internal teams, external vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders to optimize processes, manage campaigns, and prepare for the rollout of a new CRM (Salesforce or D365).
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Tracking
Develop project plans, schedules, and resource allocations for marketing and engagement initiatives.
Keep our Asana project tracking system up to date and ensure clear deliverables aligned with project goals.
Track campaign progress (email, SMS, social media, promotions) and generate status reports for managers and stakeholders.
Risk & Issue Management
Identify risks early in the lifecycle and collaborate on mitigation strategies.
Escalate issues that may impact deadlines, budgets, or quality.
Process & Continuous Improvement
Evaluate project management methodologies and recommend process improvements for efficiency and cost savings.
Support CRM implementation (Salesforce or D365), including workflow definition and tool integration.
Stakeholder Communication
Prepare and share project updates, ensuring stakeholders are aligned with campaign and project status.
Coordinate with external vendors, graphic designers, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
Documentation & Compliance
Maintain project documentation, ensuring all materials are accurate, accessible, and compliant with PM standards.
Skills
3–5 years of project management experience in a marketing or customer engagement environment.
Proficiency with project management tools (Asana, JIRA, Trello, or similar).
Demonstrated success managing cross-functional projects with external vendors.
- Asana, Marketing Operations, Campaign Management, Event Planning, Vendor Management, CRM Implementation, Salesforce, D365.
Strong written and verbal communication.
Stakeholder management.
Proactive, problem-solving, and organized mindset.
Ability to hold others accountable with respectful assertiveness.
Experience supporting Marketing or Customer Engagement teams.
Exposure to large-scale event planning or email campaign coordination.
Understanding of foodservice customers is a plus.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in one of the following fields (or 4+ years of additional relevant experience in lieu of degree):

Information Systems / Management Information Systems (MIS)
Experience
5+ years of experience in project management, preferably within marketing or customer engagement contexts.
Proven ability to assist with project planning, reporting, and process evaluation.
Experience with CRM projects (Salesforce/D365 preferred).
