Description
Purpose
This role is responsible for overseeing and leading multiple strategic and transformation projects across the Latin America (LATAM) region. The position involves strategic planning, resource management, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The Director will partner closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and senior leadership to drive transformation initiatives, improve operational performance, and align outcomes with the organization’s strategic objectives.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve regional project management methodologies and best practices.
- Define project and transformation program scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with corporate and regional strategies.
- Create and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, dependencies, and resource allocation.
- Monitor and report on project performance, proactively identifying and mitigating risks and issues.
- Ensure successful execution of all transformation initiatives—on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
- Foster collaboration and communication across project teams, business units, and stakeholders.
- Lead regular project reviews and provide progress reports to senior leadership and executive committees.
- Manage project budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure adherence to financial targets.
- Identify and drive process improvement and efficiency opportunities across functions and geographies.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing project management and transformation team across LATAM.

Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- PMP, VBSS (Value-Based Six Sigma- Lean Manufacturing), Agile, or equivalent project management certification preferred.
- Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) is a plus.
- Desirable: B2 - C1 proficiency in English (advanced level)
Experience
- Minimum of 7 years of project management or transformation leadership experience.
- At least 2 years in a team leadership or regional management role.
- Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional transformation initiatives, preferably within multinational environments.
